The 2nd preparatory meeting of the representatives from the participating countries was organised on April 15, 2009 in Brussels by DG SANCO and the EUnetHTA Joint Action Coordinator (National Board of Health of Denmark). The participants discussed the content of the planned work in 2010-2012 (objectives, specific activities, organisation and governance of the action, etc). Specific attention was given to the rules of the stakeholder engagement in the Joint Action on HTA. Principles of transparent and balanced broad engagement with all defined stakeholder groups (on the European level) were emphasised.
