Job description
Description of functions / tasks
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing individual assignments. Joint Assessments for pharmaceuticals with an external team of clinical researchers. The Assistant Project Manager is accountable that assigned project deliverables are produced and delivered with EUnetHTA methods, processes and quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager:
supports the Project Manager in the management of the day to day tasks of Joint Production, coordinates and executes project management tasks related to the production of Joint Assessments, monitors adherence of procedures, rules and guidelines by EUnetHTA partners as part of Joint Production activities, replies to incoming requests or EUnetHTA partners, especially related to the activities in Joint Production, support communication concerning the Joint Production activities (eg, contribute to drafting presentations, managing web content, drafting speaker notes and information packs to be used in dissemination / communication) in close cooperation with the communication officer supports the organization of meetings such as scoping meetings part of the WP4 activities, the preparation of reports and discussions that relate to Joint Production activities.
Job requirements
The minimum level of knowledge is acquired through the completion of a graduate degree in a health-related discipline. Relevant experience in the health sector with project management and / or HTA is an advantage.
The Assistant Project Manager requires:
knowledge and experience in the development and application of health technology assessments, knowledge of the regulatory system for pharmaceuticals in Europe strong organizational and project management skills to manage competitor projects, ensuring goals and deadlines are with and quality levels are maintained; with a variety of stakeholders and understand their diverse interests and agendas: strong interpersonal and communication, organizational, and facilitation skills, strong leadership with a multidisciplinary and remotely-located assessment team; and flexibility and adaptability within the working environment; capable of managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

Our offer is a two-year temporary contract for a full time position (40 hours a week) with excellent fringe benefits, such as a 8.3% structural bonus and nine weeks paid holiday when employed full-time.
